A free family event celebrating the Pawcatuck River and introducing Southern RI Conservation District' s. and the town of Westerly's Main Street, stormwater project. Cross Rhode Blues will play from 1 to 4pm. Hawaiian Shaved Ice will be there. Several non-profits will be there with activities for the kids.
